Any Welsh builders live near Cross Inn - Ceredigion
I need a bit of local knowledge from Cross Inn, near Aberaeron, Ceredigion, Wales.

No but my father-in-law does (Bronant) and I'll be up there at the end of May...

Thanks chaps - I need somebody who either knows the village quite well, or can go there for me. I need to know if there is a modern housing
development on the roading heading north out of the village ... or if it's all just fields.
Tried to look on Google Earth, but it's just a huge blur....
