Locost-type request please

Being as I'm an inveterate cheapskate I resent paying £60 for summat I can make meself, especially if it isn't a device requiring rocket science-levels of technological understanding!
So, does anyone own a towbar-mounted bike rack, the sort with the bracket that bolts between the towball an it's mounting plate? If so, could/would they take a couple of piccies and jot down some dimensions (including tube sizes & gauges) so's I can 'ave a bash at fabbing one up please?
Cheers

Open the box and say you want to see the size and quality. But I bet they have one on display.

Managed to find the rack but not the mounting, have got another plate to fit between the ball and the towbar that would need 2 small bits of angle welded on . Still hope to go to locost club meet tomorrow , will need directions or postcode if you still want rack .
