1.5td smoking badly.

Well, I've done it now, tickered with the injection pump on my diesel Corsa, fitted a bleed valve and now with 1.2bar of boost it flys... Roll on from 70 to 90 in the blink of an eye.

However the view in the rear view mirror is not there. There is so much black smoke the cars behind have the lights on!

Qusetion is, does anyone know how to set the boost diaphram/plunger orientation? The plunger is exccentric and has a mark on it but I dont know what to line it up with!

HELP!!

The price of squeezing a quart out of a pint pot I'm afraid Unfortunately diesels tend to smoke when tweaked in this way. My chipped 325 tds smoked like mad until I backed off the fuel a little at a time. Now it just gives a puff on kickdown which is acceptable.
