This is an interesting site for art deco
I don't think there will be any choppers on it but there's a lot of information about how it evolved.
Allartdeco site. Choppers were originally just Harleys with all the unnecessary bits removed to make
them go faster, chopped off hence chopper, not the ornate overblown unrideable ornaments that are made nowadays.
yours, Pete
I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

ooohhh you should see what OCC makes on American Chopper, some incredibly fine bikes and still rideable!

Dude, if you watched the episode, you should remember that - yes, you can ride the above bike, but not for long - it has a range of about 30miles.
Very nice bikes, tho'

In a straight line, what's the point? Turn those handlebars and the front wheel will be flat on it's side I can see the artistry and
craftsmanship that goes into them but no reason for it. Why bother putting the engine in? What I'm pointing out is that choppers like that are a
modern thing which started with a few trick paint jobs, custom frames and apehanger handlebars. There's another link
here with everything art deco related, this should keep her occupied Graham.
