Sky+ Off Contract
My parents have just cancelled thier Sky subscription as they never really used it and now just use it for free view.
As they have a Sky+ box I thought they would be able to use the recording facility my my old man says he can't get it to work (he thinks because
it is not on a contract).
Is this right and does anyone know a way round it?
Thanks in advance
James

I think it must be controlled through the phone line bit or something. You have to pay 10 quid extra a month for the priveligde.

I cancelled my Sky+ contract last year and went to Freesat.
None of my Sky+ features now work and I was told I could use the recording facility for £10 pm.
Cheers,
Raz
When thinking outside the box doesn't work any more, it's time to build a new box
