4 1/2" ground clearance + 13" bottom to top rails + 13" scuttle height = 30 1/2" total
If you can keep you head, whilst all others around you are losing theirs, you are not fully aware of the situation

31". Made up of 6" ground clearance, 14" chassis, 11" scuttle. Ray
