You should be able to get a head set with new bolts for less than £50 of Fleabay.

Try "Gasketsforclassics" on ebay, they don't list the bottom-end set (give em an email, I know they've sold 'em before)
but they have the head-set for £30, much cheapness

I think I bought a set of head bolts and headgasket for a rover 214 engine, under £50 from Gaskets for classics.

Word of caution. You get what you pay for with head gaskets and there's a lot of counterfits out there. We'll only fit either genuine or
quality makes (such as Payen) at work and we don't get comebacks as a result. Beware with Zetec sets though as the head gasket itself is not
always part of the set!

I agree with the last poster, use Payen, Reintz or Gotez first choice, second BGA (British Gaskets ) Who repackage the first three after that take
your chances. I have seen gaskets little better than cardboard, but hey they are cheap as chips.
