Another yes from me. Ive never had mine checked but have heard some tracks check they have certain approval stickers on them (ACU Gold????? do a
search)
They can be crap at reasonable motorway speeds in windy weather though. My neck gota bit of a work out yesterday, bloody side winds were trying to
lift the helmet off! Ive heard car helmets are better for this but may cost more and not so many places have them in stock for you to try on.

It was vry windy yesterday on the way back from donny, I currently have an open face which collects air and tries to lift off but a strap under the
chin oes the job, but no windscreen so need a full face one.
Do all bike helmets have a strap under the chin?

FWIW, I used to experience helmet lift
That was with a full face helmet, before I fitted the MAC1 screen I have now. once I hit about 75-80 mph...
That was the one reason for fitting it, else I wouldn't have bothered.
Be interesting to see if you get the same problem?

Some circuit ask for helmets with certain approvals. I've never had mine checked.

If your helmet lifts you have the wrong size, go back and get the next size down.
yours, Pete
I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.
