What really fries my noodle is that I know this stretch of road which is a main route off the A3.
The tail back caused by closing one lane of the one way system while they tried to remove a car that was not in anyones way is beyond me. Why wasn't a £60 fine enough?
The nanny state has enabled minimum wage hitlers to get away with this sort thing everyday.
Come the revolution.....................

Surely as a point of liability, the flat bed driver should have received the 'Second' parking ticket as 'He' was the person that parked it there for the second time NOT the owner.?
