Glasgow curry?
I think we have a few Glaswegians on here?
I've been told there are some fantastic curry places up here, but whenever i visit i never seen to be able to find them? Are the all in one
place and does anyone have any recommendations, preferably central?

I'm not from Glasgow but I've been to the Koh-I-noor (Charing Cross area) a few times. Anywhere that's kept going since 1964
can't be that bad!

The Shinaz on granville (St?) is pretty good, plenty of good curry houses around that area.

Can't recommend one but can tell you one to avoid. Went to one under the railway a few years ago. Don't know if its still there.
Went in with my wife one saturday, asked for a table for two it was quite busy. the waiter took us to the table and cleared all the droppings from the
previous diners onto the floor and started to lay the table.
Dirty hole got up and left. If they do that in front of you what must it be like in the back. Sorry can't remember the name but it was under the
railway bridge next to the river.

if your staying at the hilton your only a few minutes walk from charing cross if you need directions u2u me also the one under the railway bridge is
still there. the best indian used to be cafe india it did a buffet for about £9 per person the food was amazing (it had pics of the film stars/ celebs
who ate there at the entrance) but there went on about building flats on/near the place and within a few weeks it had burned down. when are you up i
can also let you know the areas/ pubs etc to avoid
