This heli is an indoor one or outdoors in a very slight breeze only. It can hover and do forward flight quite nicely when setup properly... and dont believe that it flies right out of the box either.

Thats the problem I think, how it never flies anywhere near true, straight out of the box. And being a complete novice not knowing what to adjust. Only ever tried to get it to hover in a double garage, never outside.

Nitram, nope dont want to sell it, I'll give it another go sometime.

Ive decided to downsize to learn to fly from the comfort of my sofa......

Walkera 4#3B V2 and a Lama 2#1. Not bad for just under 100 quid.
Not arrived yet, hopefully before the long weekend.

well the package arrived 2 days ago.

Have to admit, this indoor flying mallarcky with micro heli's is pretty good fun.

It took a while to get the Lama 2 to take off in a relatively straight line but once it did it turned out to be quite good fun.

Only downside is that it hit a pile of boxes and has suffered what I think is a terminal injury, non rotating top blades and smoke appearing from somewhere.

Just goes to show what a good deal that was, even just a replacement heli on its own is about 60 quid.

Oh well.
