Im very aware that when it comes to messing around mating things that wernt designed to go together it can quickly take a lot of time effort and money
and that the project is supposed to the boat not the engine. However, short of going down the outboard route im not seeing a great deal of engines
removed from boats. Unlike cars, it appears to be the engine that fails first, outlived by the hull, not the other way round. Ive considered buying a
cheap boat for the enigne, but again, all the cheap boats appear to have failed engines! Marine gearboxes seem fairly commonly avilable for £200
however as below. Which as said, you could do worse than just mate that to a Zetec, or 306 diesal. Not as exciting as I first thought, but again, its
a case of how much time you want to put into what...
