How old are you?
Andy
When I die, I want to go peacefully like my Grandfather did, in his sleep -- not screaming, like the passengers in his car.

I looked at the Met Office website the other day... they had a "Severe weather warning" for the east of England... "1 - 3 cm of snow
expected".
This is NOT severe weather - 1 - 3 metres of snow is severe!

It's 6" deep on our garden now and still coming fast. I've just cleared the table and put water out for the birds and they
practically mobbed me to get at it.
yours, Pete
I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

At 1-3 mters of snow people stop panicing and driving like fools, 1-3 cm and people don't slow down to cope with conditions and complain when
there cars are damaged.

I dont know what the fuss is about. I opened my front door this morning and could see down the street no problem if i stood on tip toes. Took the dogs
for a walk and tripped over the front gate which is only 5 foot high.
My only complaint is that it is a touch cool - i had to put a long sleeve tee shirt on today. i also had to wear a hat but only so i could be seen.
Is it normal in other areas for the council to be clearing roads with JCB's?? The salt they are using is crap this year, its only burning
through the first couple of feet.
