Surely it cannot be too much of a problem when someone posts I ordered from a supplier they said I'd have it in 3 weeks and now however long
later I'm still waiting. If its factual and sticks purely to the facts surely the supplier would have no recourse. On the other hand there are
some supplier who quite rightly deserve praise.

That's probably the best approach
Examples.
Supplier A - ordered 1 day, received the next.
Supplier B - ordered in january, not yet received despite 5 phone calls, 3 e-mails and a solicitor's letter.
Hard facts, and readers can make up their own opinions...

If there had been some kind of warning of a dodgey trader I would be £200 better off know,so I would be in favour of name and shame.

As many have put above, no need to name and "shame", just write a simple post outlining what you bought, from whom, and how the process
went, without any "slant" put on it, just a truthful account.
To those that have something to hide, the truth hurts, for the majority, its free advertising.
