I like it. It certainly looks a better crack at a 4 door 4 seater than the Cayenne was as a 4x4!

Reminds me (in concept) of the Lambo that they had on Top Gear yesterday (althoguh I thought the Lambo looked better on TG than it does in this pic...)

don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

it looks like a stretched 911 or cayman. Completely out of proportion. I think Porsche must be trying to cut down on designers. They really could do with some fresh thinking. I have no doubt that the saloon will be good dynamically though.

my aim is to build my own locost wether it takes me a week or 10 years to get started, i'm sure i will sometime

^^^ like that's a bad thing.

I like it! Looks like a stretched 911 with Jensen Healey undertones.

it is a bad thing, because i don't like the porsches look. never have, now i MIGHT be persuaded to buy one if they made one i liked, but for now i'll just have to keep my money to myself

Sorry, that's out-Crossfired the Chrysler for me. It looks even more like a canine having a dump. TG will have a field-day with it!

I think I can understand the market they're trying to capture, but I'd rather have the new Jag. If my street cred has just gone up in smoke, so be it...

I'm not so sure about TG, they tend to keep in with the big sportscar manufacturers so they keep a supply for the track and silly long distance races. I suspect Hamster will actually buy one.

The idea behind it is sound if they want to sell more volume, they actually sold a fair number of the fugly 4x4 thing to people with no taste but lots of money.

If I'd have known about the Jag diesel (that Clarkson drove from Basle on Sunday and it was an estate) before I bought the Espace, I might have been tempted
