Weather forecast
I'm in the shed tomorrrow to build a sledge, I reckon 1" square should make a good one. I'll write a book about it and see if I can
get Haynes interested . Anybody got any plans I can copy off.

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

Dont forget if you do write the book Pete to make it very vague and full of errors.

My plan now is to introduce the book in Switzerland and Austria and get a race series started so I can release a second edition, probably called
something like "Build a Sledge for £2.50 and race it (downhill)" and probably include corrections from the first issue.

...and work out how much it costs to build, divide that by 10, then title the book as "Build you own sledge for 25p - and race it!"

I used to use my old newspaper round bag, tuck you feet inside the bag and sit on the flappy thing. Cheapest yet, just sign up for a paper round and
get the bag free! and still earn £5 per week for the pleasure!

I saw a young kid run over some broken glass in a bin bag on the hills near us a couple of years back so I wouldn't recommend that one to anyone
I like.

If you put lots of pretty pictures into the book then you can get away with hardly any explanation at all - you could call it "How to build your
own Tiger sledge"
If you really wanted to go for the Tiger theme you could design a GRP seat that didn't fit

You need a hill for sledging then..........its a bit like me when I took up water skiing, spent 3 years looking for a lake with a slope.
