Paying ebay fee's

just got an e-mail saying that i owe ebay £16 for selling fees, i have tried to follow the 'on screen instructions' and they are f***kin crap they don't even tell you how to pay them,

where do i have to go to pay the fees can i do it through paypal? if so what address do i pay it to?

Are you sure its not a fake?

My ebay fee's are automatically taken from my bank account.

To check if its genuine, Log into your ebay home page

Click on seller acount which will indicate how much your outstanding fees are

There is a section for you to 'make a one time only payment'

Follow that link through to paypal to pay fees

yeah its defo genuine, ive just set up the automatic payment thing but it says that its only effective from the next bill
