I normally travel with one of these guys.
Helps to keep the sticky fingers off the car.

Anything that kills the thief works for me. At one time a maiming would do but now it's just another drain on the countries resources. SO DEATH
WORKS BEST.
If it looks wrong it probably is wrong.

I think a flame launcher would be an option,
Here in argentina if you park your car and forget the stereo probably will be stolen, some guy here, tired of lose the cd player 3 times in the same
place, put some (10)hook (used to fishing) behind the stero (in the wiring), then park the car an wait, and guess what??, after some hours he catch
the thief !!! the guy was the arm hooked !!! enogh pain an blood for the MF!!!
