Does he have a MOT for the car?
Any Modifications not declared to insurance company?
They tend to check if they can get out of paying....

Recently got reversed into by a van whilst on my bike.
Then had a assesor round from the other parties insurance.
Yep first thing checked was the tread depth.
I guess, if my tyres were illegal it would of been my fault that the van reversed into me.
May be shiny bald tyres would blinded him some how.
