Anyone in the NE...

got space to store an ugly looking Suzuki 4X4 until the summer?

Long shot I know but looking at my next project I'm keeping me eyes open for a Suzuki SJ and need somewhere to store it if I buy one.

I'm fairly in the middle of the NE here and jealous of the acres of land in the school over the road!

Steve

Plan A) park it in the teachers' car park....

Plan B) find a local hairdressers and park it out back....

Either way, it'll send the staff scuttling to find out who's bought a new car...

Seriously, though - going off-roading? A friend had a rangy then went to an SJ - one of the local 4x4 members comment went along the lines of "see you've upgraded to something sensible"

Assuming you don't change the chassis you'll miss out on the IVA - sounds like a plan

Thats the idea, rebody SJ and keep all the chassis, suspension and transmission.

Jago body on top or maybe a new Willy's parts if they are cheap enough

Looking at that body, there doesn't seem to be anything more to it than panelling a locost.

Could you follow the same principles and just follow a different design?

Sounds an interesting project Steve.

Just found some photo's of a bare chassis:-
