Reusable pipe fittings.... can you re-use them?
Might seem a silly question..
But I made up some braided hoses with the re-usable type compression fittings on them...
Went to remove one of them today from the rear wheel cylinder and instead of undoing the entire end fitting, I split the fitting in half leaving one
part complete with olive on the flexi pipe and the other part screwed into the wheel cylinder.. DOH!!!
Can I simply unscrew the part from the wheel cylinder and put it back into the pipe and nip it up, or do I need to get new olive and re cut the pipe?
