Looks to me like the Jag v12 Robin Hood S7. Built in the early 90's by the guy who ran RH at the time (Richard Stuart I think the guys name was?) to prove the strength of their monocoque chassis. He used to live round the corner from me and it was often parked up outside his house as he used it as his daily driver . Started it up for me once - made a great noise, but I suspect a bit of a sheep in wolves clothing as I don't think those v12's packed the power their 5+ litres suggest

I remember it was for sale a couple of years ago by RH after he'd sold off the company, don't know where it is now?

Had a v12 xjs, 300bhp not as powerful as the capacity suggests but fantastic to drive, 85mph 1st gear, near 130mph second and a genuine 150mph flat out.

Easy to pull out of a junction to fast and spin when the powerlock diff kicked in.

They also rev to 7000rpm and sound awesome floored, engine picks up at 3000rpm and throws the car down the road.

All of this in a turbine smooth fashion, you need to own one to appreciate one.

Do not forget these were running years before BMW et al started making production v12's to the same scale, in thier time they were real performance cars that little could touch but would cover hundreds of thousands of miles on basic servicing.

Regards Mark
