PS3 failure update
As some may know my PS3 failed after 14 months of easy service. After some searching i managed to get Sony's number and they collected the PS3
and returned it fixed in 6 days free of charge.
If anyone has a similar problem here's the number: 08705 998877

According to http://www.saynoto0870.com/numbersearch.php
the equivilent landline number (and hence free call) is 01923 653598. They wont even know you've called the free number!
