Praise for the exra mile by a supplier. INTERIORS FOAM LTD
Last week was a bit of a semi disaster for me towards completion. I was bolting my seats in a week ago today. The passenger seat went in a treat. Then
I started to mark the bolt holes for the Drivers seat. When I lifted it out to drill the first two holes I noticed a piece in the drivers seat area
that wasn't there before. It was the seat back pivot pin from the drivers seat. The time was about 18:15hrs. Tried ringing the the company that
supplied them, shut. So I sent an email, asking that they ring me between 08:30 and 10:00 because after that I would be in bed asleep.
At 08:31 on Thursday morning I get a phone call from the company. "Hello Mr Taylor what is the problem."
I told them what the problem was and their reply was, "That's ok not a problem we will get the seat collected from you tomorrow morning
and have it back to you in a couple of days."
Friday AM seat collected.
Weekend
Monday morning I get a phone call saying the seat is done and where do I want it sending to for delivery the next morning.
I said home address will be ok as there will be someone home on Tuesday. Sorted.
Monday/Tuesday the country come to a halt because of the snow.
Tuesday PM no seat so I ring the company and they check. "Its stuck un the hub up here but will be delivered tomorrow (Wednesday)."
Ah that's a problem, no one home.
"That no problem, we'll get it redirected on route for you, whats the new delivery address."
Work address given. A few minutes later the phone rings " Hello Mr Taylor Just confirmation that it the parcel has been redirected and you will
recieve it in the morning."
11:00 this morning seat is delivered to work all better now.
Looking good for sending off SVA paper work at the begining of next week.
So in the spirit of naming companies for good service, I would like to thank all the staff at
INTERIORS FOAM LTD
for exclent service.
THANK YOU lads.
