Failed former RBS Banker for FIA president ?

The name Fred Goodwin the former failed head of the failed RBS bank has been rumoured as Max "Herr Flick" Moseley's replacement at the FIA.

Personally I suspect a diversionary tactic so Max can engineer a way to get his pal "dial a race result" Donnelly of 2008 Spa infamy into the job.

Want toi know more just Google "Fred Goodwin" "FIA"

Old Spanky, as he's become known recently, has denied it (probably means its true)... And who does he think started the rumour??

Max denied claims in the press that he could face strong opposition for re-election from former Royal Bank of Scotland chief executive Sir Fred Goodwin.

"Last week Sir Fred called me to say it (the news story) was all nonsense. He was obviously rather embarrassed," Mosley said. "The interesting thing is where it could have come from. It has to be someone with some kind of connection to F1. He's got to have some connection with Scotland."

"He's got to have no understanding of how F1 or the FIA work, and he has to be unusually stupid. There's at least one person who ticks all those boxes."

sounds like the ideal candidate as it seems he knew F.A. about running a bank yet was its head.

I'm a passionate F1 fan and I'm disgusted with myself but I have actually got to the stage where I don't care anymore!

No comments from Mr henderson yet. ???
Unusual when there's a bit of scot bashing to be done.
