No1 daughter's K11 micra needs a new clutch.
Guess who's got to do it?
Has anyone done this or have any tips apart from get someone else to do it?
Cheers
Chris

It's not a small job because the transmission has to come out, which means removing the driveshafts.....
I've always paid someone to do it..... and I hate paying out for people to do things I can....

i have done one started at 10am was done by 12:30pm.
can be a little fiddly because everything is small.
all i can say is if you have ever worked on a fiat then this will be easy.
the micra box is pretty light compared to something like a type 9.

little tip. mark the clutch cable position with tip-ex or something as they are a buggar to get right. they have a tendancy to snatch as you pull away
if you get it wrong.
