Is there any way to retune it?

I assume you have tried just doing an install on it to scan for all channels.
If you cant get it you might not have a good enough digital signal.

My old man lives in deepest darkest wales where they have only just about got a tv signal (but still no shoes). He managed to get a digibox to work
using a high gain aerial. Might be worth a shot. The BBC online tool that tells you if you've got digital in your area pretty much laughed at
him when he put his postcode in, but now using that aerial he gets all the chanels.
Top tip, while we're there - the £60 digibox in asda with hard drive is very good. I was expecting it to be not much cop for that money but
it's at least a match for sky+ and a good deal more flexible in many ways. Plus if you want to put a bigger hard disk in later it actually
tells you how in the manual... not something manufacturers normally let you do!
Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead is purely coincidental. Some assembly required. Batteries not included. Contents may settle during
shipment. Use only as directed. No other warranty expressed or implied. Do not use while operating a motor vehicle or heavy equipment. Subject to
approval, terms and conditions apply. Apply only to affected area. For recreational use only. All models over 18 years of age. No user-serviceable
parts inside. Subject to change. As seen on TV. One size fits all. May contain nuts. Slippery when wet. For office use only. Edited for television.
Keep cool; process promptly.
