Pilot error, no doubt, landed main undercarriage first rather than all three at the same time. Slightly high landing speed with the tail wheel up and a dab on the brakes as he landed on one of his 'bunny hops' would be enough to tip it onto it's nose.





Beware of the Goldfish in the tulip mines. The ONLY defence against them is smoking peanut butter sandwiches.
