brake m/c sizes
i have a mundingo master cyl on my chariot,i believe its 0.75 bore? and the brakes are pretty crap.i am led to believe that a 0.7 bore would be
better.
sooooooo instead of looking for a smaller cylinder and having all the agg of moving pipes and mountings around would it be possible to sleeve the
existing cylinder and piston down to 0.7?
your thoughts please

No
Your sleeve would only have a wall thickness of 25 thou or just over half a millimetre.
Even if you managed to make a sleeve you wouldn't be able to seal it in to the m/c reliabley. It would be too thin to be a press fit and you
don't have enough wall thickness to fit an o ring or similar seal.
Just my opinion

Mondeo master cylinder wil be 0.83" (21mm) bore or more -- but it isn't worth the effort of doing it.

It is a fairly standard method of repairing classic car master cylinder where the supply of new ones as dried up but not worth the effort in this
case.
