T*ssers at Phones4U and Orange
Forget what I said in a previous post about Phones4U being good, they're not, they're totally crap, as are Orange.
3 weeks ago I order a new phone on a new contract via Pahones4U on Orange (been with Vodafone for years and wanted a change as they're all
t*ssers too).
Told the phone would be with me within a week.
2 weeks later no phone. Call P4U to be told the order was cancelled due to an internal cock up. New order done, phone should have been here on
Wednesday.
Still no phone, called them again yesterday to be told I'd failed the credit check - impossible as we've been in business 30 years and
never had a bad debit ever.
Turns out they put the wrong information down on the first credit check and it got refused. Now it's blocked my credit.
Orange have said they'll take 7 days to come to a decision ..... a decision!!!!!!! I just want the mistake sorted so I can get a new contract.
So naturally I got VERY stroppy with everybody concernced ..... and will never use Orange of Phones4U again.
Can anybody recommend anybody else

Can recommend O2, always been pretty good with my contract. Though they seem to have forgotten to change my calling plan over after I got my new phone
for nowt. However as the new plan is £10/month more then I have havent mentioned it yet....

o2 and TMob have both been ok with my business account.
They have both tried it on occasionally but they both sorted it very quickly where as orange and voda have only ever been a PITA when a problem
arrises

O2 online, cheaper than the shop and you get much better deals.
Fast to get your phone out too.
Never had a problem in 8 odd years +

I can also reccomend O2, but this time in their retail shops.
Both me and my wife have both just renewed for the second time, and all they need for a credit check is your debit card.
Had enough of this dictatorship known as LCB. Gone elsewhere, not coming back. Kiss my ass ChrisW.

Well I know you mentioned vodafone in your don't like list but.......
We have two phones n a dongle £35 month with enough minutes for us (both use our phones for business) and more than enough dongle usage for all the
emails etc we could manage.
