No I don't think it's a volvo..

It reminds me of a Peerless GT but it's not quite right and the grille definitely isn't a peerless

Looks like a Bristol (although I had to look it up, 'cos I couldn't remember having seen one) but more like a 409 than a 406?

Edit: Just looked at your pic - doesn't the number plate shows "409 something"..?

That's miles too long - look at the wheelbase in the first pic - pay special attential to the space between front wheel and door.

No idea what it is, though :O

Really looked like a Perless to me.
Even the bonnet badge looks like Peerless.
Just the grille looks wrong and even that does not seem to fit properly?
Someones customising?

The Gilbern does look very similar. It is ugly enough, but too small, for a Bristol - and I don't think Bristol owners do caravans. It would have to be a pretty solid/heavy kit/component car to tow a caravan I would have thought.

It looks reminiscent of some of the early-mid 1960s Italian GTs, but quite a lot shorter.

It was a fascinating insight into the old British Caravan industry - and there were lots of nice old cars on it

Oh yes and I like caravans too

By the way The car is as it turns out an Ogle 1.5 only 7 were ever made and it was a spaceframe chassis with a Riley 1.5 engine

ogle 1.5
