Making tabwashers - help

I cannot find a number of tab washers to complete a magneto build, so it looks like I'm going to have to make them.
One has a tab in a half inch hole to fit down a woodruff slot, then normal external tabs to lock the nut. Another is a full ring about 3 inches in diameter with 4 holes round the edge and external tabs. I also need 8 4BA tab washers a smal tab down and a bigger one up - you'd think that would be easy but I can't find anyone who sells them
Short of hours of filing, any bright ideas for making them?

Jeff

What about drawing them up and sending the dimensions off for laser cutting or machine punching?

Water jet sounds like more fun than filing.

Get some extras for spares, and to sell on to other magneto rebuilders to recover some of the setup costs.
