Hmmm, if they can't feed their kids, but can afford boats that'll take them 400 miles off the coast, maybe their priorities aren't
right; but like every other optimist are hoping they'll get everything for nothing, failing that, asylum in a rich country!

Full marks to the US Marine corps sniper that made the shot from a ships deck in mid ocean --- obviously a "Gibbs" type.
But the only effective way to protect the ships on this sea lane is an internationally backed convoy system with constant air cover.
