Mike Gascoigne diffuser article
By Mike Gascoigne:
Quite an interesting and (I thought) well written article explaining the diffuser issue:

yes, that explains it quite well, but i still havent seen exactly which part it is that was supposedly illegal, is it the two black fins coming out
the side of where the rain light is?

Reading the article - I think that you are right, because the entire "diffuser" shape below appears to be in one piece even though it is
shaped multi-levels. On top of that, the article does say that the lower "diffuser" simply exists in the plain of the airflow. I'd
be very surprised if it wasn't "feeding" the upper diffuser design a little more than Mike intimates, because it would appear an
easy thing for them to accomplish and capitolise on. For eg. years ago, when diffusers began to be more main stream, the first thoughts were that they
actually fed the main rear spoilers of an F1 car. Obviously we know nowadays that they accomplish a great deal on their own!
