that's sh.t

i've been an insomniac for some time now, i don't have a body clock that works.

best option is to legally download backups of movies which you legally own and can legally backup and watch them while you're stuck awake.

fire up kazaa or bittorrent and go shopping, kept me sane (well... sort of) over the last few years

handy hint

any exercise you do wakes you up etc, so doing stuff in garage = awaek longer

however, there's one form of exercise that'll make you sleepy: sex, seems to go for self love aswell luckily

I find it's the little illnesses that get me down - the earache that doesn't stop me working but irritates me all the time, or the minor back twinge.

I'd rather be properly ill for a day or two and get rid of it!

get well soon!

David

Bad back dodgy ears and my knee caps are knackered and the joints they sit on(arthritic).

Is this due to the lack of correct lifting gear in the garage, although i think thew back is my fault for lifting a complete pinto eng with all ancilleries on from the back of the transit.

The ears started after an afternoon with the tool,no suprise there then, breathing was a bit dodgy for a while too.(use a proper mask)

Knee's might be begging for bits.

personally i wont use a grinder without a proper face mask with the canister due to the fact whilst using one before,it kicked back and hit me in the face only the cartrige gave me enough time to stop it.

that black sh1t is bad news, i make a point of digging it all out soon after putting it there! the only face mask i have doesnt appear air tight, so i just use eye and ear protection. might sort that soon...
