Anyother way of doing it? I don't have Firefox (I liked the book, film was quite good too).

I think on the page for the video you want there's also an "imbed URL" button or link on it somewhere, there definitely is a way to get youtube videos on other sites....HTH

go to tune nabber for the sound trac or its sister site clip nabber for the video and sound.

Copy and paste the URL into the page and the download link will become available to you....dont bother with the email address....

Just tried the clipnabber and it works very nicely. I now have a permanent copy on my hard drive. Wish I'd done it before, I've had various of my favourites taken off, presumably by youtube themselves.
