Bike carb manifold

My twin Webers are doing my head in cant get them running right at all so Ive decided to try bike carbs.
So I sent off for a manifold plate from kit parts direct which promptly arrived no probs. Has anyone else bought one of these and got it to fit Ive never come across such a load of cr@p in my life, the holes cut for the inlet spigots are about 6mm below where they should be to such an extent they are below the flange mating face and have been cut in such a way the inlet tube would be facing down not up.
I know they are only £12 and I do accept it would need a bit of fettling but for Petes sake, it looks like theyve made them as a prototype and someones cocked up but decided to flog em anyway.
Anyone on site bought one that actually fits and if so where from, Pinto by the way.
Cheers,
Bob

You need to contact Jason aka shorttrack123.

He did one for me from a card template I sent him. Absolutely perfect fit and £20.
