Anyone used this bunch?
Lex sent them out earlier this week to repair what was a small parking dent in my front passenger door.
All I can say is the result was absolutely shocking....
Paint is "cloudy"
Chips around the door handle
Orange peel all over the shop
sanding marks in the colour
white flecks from where it's not been resprayed fully / sanded too far
Really not happy - the car is in a worse state than it was with the small dent....
Oh and to top it off, the car went in for a service yesterday and came back with a small chip in the rear passenger door. Response from the dealer
when challenged was 1 look at the front door and "I'm not taking liability for that...."
