special delivery insurance claims
Anyone ever had to go through this process? I've sent the form off last week but not heard anything yet. Any idea what happens next?

good job i took copies of everything and proof of postage then  .
On a serious note... it best not do  . I sent off my ps3 for a dodgy hdmi port and its arrived at the repair centre like crazy paving!
