TT ones are great. Had mine for over 3 years and never let me down. Very easy to use. Got to be worth £90 all day long.

RAC models from Curry's Electronics were about 60 gbp. Speed camera warnings too. I thought it was well worth it. Sure you can have more bells
and whistles, but it does the job.

I actually have one of those here, and they are slightly superior to the RAC, although there are no speed camera warnings on the ones in Canada.

TomTom One is worth the extra money over you budget IMO, great little units.
Navman is pretty good out of the box at the lower budget end of the market, otherwise get a cheap
Navigo or MyGuide and replace the software with TomTom, IGO or MIO etc.

Navigo from ebuyer.
THIS! is the newer model to mine, its a simple matter of putting Tom Tom 6 on the sd card and with a
littel effort your away. Bargain for £50 IMO
Or, for a few quid more THIS! one has more bells and whistles!
