New Bell Helmet
As I am intending doing a hillclimb series next year, I am slowly building up my racewear and car mods.
This month I treated myself to a helmet, I have been looking for a month for a quality helmet at an affordable price. I chose this
Bell KF1 Ultra SV helmet which conforms to Snell2005.
Although on ebay it was from Demontweeks as part of their sale items. Priced at about 60% of the original price.
It comes with both a fleece bag and a bell helmet bag.
The fit is great, looking forward to wearing it at my next trackday at Anglesey in September.
Looking for a nomex race suit soon, does anybody know any great deals?

With these things you should get it fitted.....
a poorly fitted expensive helmet is as bad as no helmet

I had a previous one and knew the size, it fits like a glove [excuse the pun] and fits in accordance with bells own fitting instructions contained
with the helmet.
I also contacted demontweeks who would have been happy to exchange if the fit was poor.
Of course if I lived near the shop then I would have visited.

Post may be cheaper but its nowhere near as much fun, making sure a helmet fits is a great excuse for a blast!

Have a look on the AWS Racewear site. They sell thousand of suits to drivers and track marshalls. Barry
