Evil Bay, NOT HAPPY!!!
Just been watching two listings, screen and side screens on evil bay. Asked questions on both and was bidding on one with the intention of bidding on
the other depending on price. Go to look in My ebay and both have been removed. WHY. No explanation. Not the first time I have seen this happen and I
thought this type of thing had been stopped or they were making a good effort to stop it. Not happy!!!! I also thought the 'I have the right to
remove this as it is for sale elswhere' type of thing had been stopped but I suppose with millions of things for sale on ebay its difficult to
stop.

problem is you cant really force people to sell stuff... no matter how annoying it is.
If there is something I REALLY want, I always ask if they would be willing to end early and see what they say - that way its me they are selling to if
they do end early, or if they want WAYYY to much I know not to waste my time.

I usually send an email to the seller saying something like "I hope you got a good price for that because my bid was £(put in here about 25%
more than the item was worth)"
"That thing you're thinking - it wont be that."

When I'm selling on ebay I always decline offers from people to end the item early, the only exception is if there are no bids on the item I
will add a buy it now price officially through ebay if someone requests it.
I too find it really annoying if i'm bidding on an item and it then gets removed

unfortunately people can end there listing legally and within all the rules of ebay as long as there is more than 12 hours left, people that type
'reserve the right to end auction early etc' are wasting there time they are within there rights to end regardless of what they type.
Bummer but it happens. Moral is if you want it bad enough send an email

I had a similar problem with a drysuit i bought, they seller said "definately dry" well after testing the suit it was obvious that it
wasnt dry and hadnt been for a while as the zip had worn threw the rubber near the zip.. anyway after emailing seller.. no reply surprise surprise! i
phoned ebay and explained the situation that the zip was a custom length and would cost about what i paid for it, she went away for a minute, and came
back with the reply that she would be crediting my paypal account for the agreed amount that the zip replacement cost would be. RESULT !!
