don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

Seen one exactly like that and same colour down here in Sussex by the sea about 6 months ago, quite cool if your not that tall and easy to park.

"With a few modifications the Subaru can be mistaken for the 60's classic the 'Samba'"

The few modifications being making it longer, taller, noisier, adding more windows? Or mistaken by someone who's sight and hearing impaired, and has never seen or heard an original one..... genius....

Its a Mitsuoka (Probably spelt that wrong) Viewt (That too). Mitsuoka is a big company in japan and they produce alot of cars based on other cars that look like other cars.

There are two generations of the viewt based on the second and third gen micras respectively, and I believe there was a convertible. I was going to buy one but they were all about 7k for a 97 which seemed a bit tight for something based on a micra.

There are dozens of these down here (West Cornwall), someone locally must be importing them.

If you can keep you head, whilst all others around you are losing theirs, you are not fully aware of the situation
