OT - Tin-Top tyres (again)

Its fast aproaching time for a new set of fronts on the tin-top
I've had a set of these for tha last year or so linky (well 2 sets actually, they do wear a bit quickly) and they are great, but on the winter roads that are covered in crap they can be a bit slippy

so basically I'm after the magic tyre that does everything, but it especially needs to corner and stop well in the wet (and roads covered in grity crap)
all for less than say £75 /corner

they need to be 195/60 R15 - any suggestions ?

I had wondered about a trying a pair of these things linky2

i've got sava intensa tyres on my 328, they're made by goodyear, and claim they can stop you 30% quicker, allegedly...

anyway, they're pretty good, and even tho my wheels seem to be an odd size, are about £80 a corner

don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!
