Smelly Cat??

Cat has just come in and she is stinking of eucalyptus oil. Its really bad, she must have been doused in it.

Do people use that to ward off cats or something

just like it's not funny to have them sh1t in your garden, when you can't control an animal it is not a pet but a live in guest.

Bag up the crap and deliver it back to the Cat owner. Empty it on their doorstep, see how they like it ?

We never seem to get cats in our garden.

We do have two Great Danes though.

According to that link its very dangerous to the cat, you'd better give it a bath incase it trys to lick it off! Do the people who complain about the cat meSsing in the garden have issues with the wild animals doing the same in the garden?

It's the bears dumping in our woods that bother me!

Seriously though, it appears that Fox and Badger poo is the scent that no discerning lady-dog can be without at the moment... our girlies must have a secret stash of the stuff somewhere as they keep coming in from their daily exploits covered in it!

OK, then I will bring a spade round and dig it in with your roses ... then we are equal

Seen this topic loads of times on loads of Forums, always ends up the same way. Many cat owners justify their Pets messing on others property as they "bury" their toxic parcels in the borders etc.. Lovely, until you come to find it while planting some plants, or better still yours kids do

My Dogs are my property and my responsibility, therfore so is the crap that they produce. I am responsible for disposing of this in a manner that does not upset or wee others off. I can accept this, I just wonder why many cat owners cant.

I know many people who own cats that will only crap in a litter tray on their own property. This is because they have been trained in a responsible way.

A non issue for me anyway as my dogs make sure the local cat population keep well away

I also cant stick Dog owners who let their dogs mess out in public areas.

You dog should be on a lead and under control, if it craps while you are out walking it, you should clean it up. Cats aren't the same, they wander around on their own. Plus cats poo in a hole.

BTW i like cats and dogs and grew up with them in the family. But now i have my own family and house i don't want a dog due to the mess, small and germs, and although i would still have a cat the wife is allergic to them so that pisses on that

My cat craps in our borders but it's fine. She's a big female cat and keeps all the other cats out of our garden. So if we do come across any it's not too bad as its our cats anyway. Don't know if she does it in other garden and really don't care

She's boss around these parts lol
