download sites
Just a quick ask for assistance, just got the wife a kindle. All good there. Just wanted to know if anyone knows of any sites that I can download
books other than amazon kindle store? If you want to u2u me then please do so!!
Obviously I want sites that are legal and above board!!

there is also a bit of software about somewhere (sorry can't recall the name at the mo) which freely converts all the different e-book
formats,...

Calibre rocks, it converts and catalogues your ebooks, then allows you to choose which you want to transfer to your kindle. You can do this either by
USB or by email.
Almost any book you can think of is available from torrent sites, the very latest books can take a while to appear once released but the vast majority
of books I've searched for I've found.

I have about 20,000 books that I downloaded free , from unmentionable sites with unmentionable 'Tornado' type software.
They are about if you search........................
