Sources for fibreglass FR4 type board

Does anyone know a mail-order supplier who sells FR4 type fibreglass sheet? I want to make a hexacopter chassis (radio controled helicopter) out of it as its stiff and light, but short of buying copper clad FR4 as used for PCB production, I cant find anywhere that sells it...

I want to be able to cut it with a fret-saw and then sand/file to final shape..

That one in the video is silly money... there are few open source controllers out there... im hoping to build one for around £100... Ok, so it wont have the GPS or horizon detection that the one in the video does... but it should still be more stable than a similarly sized "proper" helicopter

That looks good.. they do different thicknesses and even some with holes punched in it.. might make it lighter :p

I've got a bag of holes here I could let you have if you can only find solid board. Yours for the postage. They're not heavy. How many would you need?

You'd be surprised how quickly the sales people at B&Q try and assist you after ignoring you for the past 15 minutes when you try and start a chainsaw
