A quick piece of photoshop help needed!

I'm trying to design a t-shirt two friends and I will be wearing on our charity cycle ride to Brussels this Friday.

On the back we've decided to have our countries flags with our names next to them, I've done a quick sketch in Google to see how it would look:

Unfortunately I don't have any good software on my computer to make a decent rounded rectangle like this:

I don't want a race number in the middle - we have some numbers to attach to our t-shirts (white) with safety pins.

Could anybody draw me a rounded rectangle like the one above? Maybe with two horizontal lines within the rounded rectangle so I can put text there like the '5X racing'. The higher the resolution the better, if possible.

If anybody else has some ideas for the design, I'll be very glad to hear them!

Regards

James

Do you have Microsoft Word?

You can use Autoshapes / Basic Shapes... There is a rounded rectangle tool in there.
