Wondered if any sparks in the house can advise how long a PAT (Portable appliance testing) Qualification lasts before you have to redo the course ?
Any help appreciated

I was sent on the PAT testing course around 6 months ago. I seem to remember that there is no time limit to the qualification, although the examiner
did mention that people re-do the one day course to refresh there memories!

The INDG236 on PAT testing just say that you have to be competent. PAT doesnt necessarily have to be done with a tester, it can be a visual.
See here from the HSE;
