i am really surprised they have any customers left, switch to Plusnet and get much better service they actually fix things quickly when they go wrong.--- astonishingly they are owned by BT

+ 1

But I didn't realise BT owned them or I wouldn't have gone near them.
BT allowed me to come out of contract a year early as they recognised
how poor their service had been - just as well really as I was quite prepared
to take them to court for breach of contract.

Out of interest, purely because the subject came up a couple of weeks ago.... would anyone be interested in LocostBuilders broadband? I'm thinking along the lines of a cheaper service than the high street offerings with support provided by the forum members. It's not exactly difficult to do, just don't know whether there is demand for it?
